Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all players registering for the Sp1ke Volleyball Draft.
1. General Policy
All registrations are non-refundable, as the Event has limited spots and significant logistical costs.
2. No Refund Scenarios
Refunds are not issued for:

Player cancellation
-
Injury before or during the Event
-
Travel or visa issues
-
Schedule conflicts
-
Illness
-
Failure to attend
-
Dissatisfaction with evaluation results
3. Organizer Cancellation
If the Event is cancelled due to reasons beyond our control (venue closure, force majeure, political restrictions, etc.), we may:

Reschedule the Event, or

Offer partial refunds depending on pre-paid expenses
4. Transfer Policy
Registrations cannot be transferred to other players without written Organizer approval.
5. Credits
In exceptional cases, the Organizer may offer credit toward a future Draft event, but this is not guaranteed.
